Default about the RDM procotol

dear,
we have some doubt for the RDM procotol .hope u can help us .
we download the RDM procotol (ANSI E1.20 - 2010) ,then we try to use MA controllor to connect the RDM procotol .
but there is not any feedback for the MA controllor .
could u pls let us know what is the matter and how we can do this ?
is there any problem with the RDM procotol version ?

Edit:

After looking at the current release notes for the GrandMA it looks like they have recently added RDM support into their console. You would need to make sure that RDM is enabled in the control panel and that you are using the most current software release from them. Beyond that you would need to contact MA Lighting for support to make sure it is properly enabled and configured.
