Hello,
I need to report a power fault but there seems to be no suitable suitable ID. The specific case is a Neutral-Earth fault. Kind regards Bernt |

For most cases, you can define your own status ID using a Manufacturer Specific messages between 0x8000 and 0xFFDF, and the STATUS_ID_DESCRIPTION PID to give it a human readable string name.
There is a procedure for defining new status ID's in the public range, but this is primarily intended to be used for status messages that will be widely used by many different vendors. |
