There was a framing error during the response to a "Mute" request. SB 1 means that the first stop bit (which should be high) was low.

Perhaps something is driving the line when it shouldn't, or isn't driving the line when it should. I've also seen this happen when an inline device enables its line driver part-way through a byte, thereby clipping off the start bit.
