Minor coffee oops

Greetings all,

For those of you fortunate enough to have an RDM coffee pot from Doug Fleenor Design, please note that I have just been alerted to a couple of minor RDM compliance issues. (many thanks to Andreas Steinmetz in Gemany)

1. The ACK type field reported may be incorrect in some cases. (it's copying the port ID field now).
2. The mute and un-mute responses have a data length of 1 rather than 2 as called out in the released spec.

Our other RDM products do not have these issues; I just missed them when updating the coffee pot. If anyone is developing with the coffee pot as an end device, let me know and I will get an update to you.
