I’d like to share a new approach to RDM implementation: a complete solution that runs on a single dedicated driver IC, with no external microcontroller required.
We are a chip R&D manufacturer based in China, and we have launched this highly integrated DMX512 + RDM driver IC. Housed in an ultra-compact SSOP10 package, the die integrates full sensor circuits on-chip and delivers direct PWM signal output for luminaire driving. No external discrete components or standalone sensors are needed during fixture design, which greatly simplifies PCB layout and reduces hardware design complexity.
