Additional Message Sets for RDM (BSR E1.37-2), IPv4 & DNS Configuration Messages

E1.37-2 defines additional PIDs for configuring IPv4 and basic DNS functionality for a device.  As more products start to include IPv4/Ethernet interfaces, it makes sense to have a single set of PIDs to configure settings such as the IPv4 Address, Subnet mask etc., rather than relying on manufacturer PIDs.

This draft standard is currently being revised by editors following a public review phase. Another draft document is expected to be circulated later in 2013.
