ENTTEC not detecting in PC

Hi,
I am testing RDM using ENTTEC DMXUSB PRO.
I have configured my PC (linux) to test RDM using Open Lightning Architecture(OLA). I am not able to select my Device on the webview “rdm_test_server.py” but the PC is detecting the hardware.
Kindly help me with this issue at the earliest
